About this item
The key to the longevity of your aeration compressor is clean air filters. Dust and dirt in the Airmax compressor will shorten the motor's life. Plugged filters will cause the compressor to overheat and burn out. We highly recommend changing the white filter regularly. Depending on the compressor's environment, you may need to change the filter monthly.
We also have a replacement canister if you have an aeration compressor without a filter.
Maintenance kits are available for each size of Gast compressor, and we recommend installing a kit every 18-24 months of use.
